We can work on a fixed fee, a monthly retainer or a rate per hour/day arrangement or a combination depending on your preference and the nature of the work that you require us to undertake. We are fully transparent with you on how the fee is set and charged.

Founder and Managing DirectorNishe was founded by Nasheeda (Nish, in short), an FCCA (Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) who has extensive experience in a Big 4 professional services firm. Nish was an Audit and Assurance director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Dubai before she decided to venture out on her own.
Nasheeda's vision is to establish a firm which provides world class service with a personal touch to her clients, while at the same time plays an important social role by unlocking the full potential of professional women and supporting the uplift of underprivileged women.
Nasheeda has been personally involved in running businesses in different industries – such as retail, IT, manufacturing and services. She has been living in Dubai since 1991 and has significant local knowledge and network.
This combination of professional and business experiences in the region ensures that she is well-placed to understand your business imperatives and provide you with practical solutions.
Nasheeda has obtained the Certificate of UAE Chartered Accountant (UAECA) from the Accountants & Auditors Association (AAA) and has also completed MSc in Professional Accountancy with distinction from the University of London. She is a member of the DBWC (Dubai Business Women Council) and is a passionate and vocal supporter of equal opportunity for all regardless of gender through her blogs and other forums. She also writes about accounting technical matters.
Nasheeda is also a member of the UAE Members Advisory Committee of ACCA.
